Until mid-this year, two cities already have parent waste bank. They are West Jakarta and South Jakarta.

Maulana explains it functions to coordinate the sale of waste bank collection results from each region.
"One of the difficulties of managing waste banks is to sell waste, as the price is played by the collectors, that's why we make parent waste bank to accommodate," he stressed.
He added, waste collected from the regional waste bank would be sold to companies that manage waste. By so, the minimum issue price of waste in the region will be resolved.
"For shipping from the region to our parent waste bank, we are setting up 80 units of free dump trucks," he uttered.
